Lymphocyte

Lymphocyte: White blood cell manufactured in the bone marrow, lymph, nodes, and spleen. There are two types: B cells and T cells.

Patients may well die of unrelated causes. Skin biopsy confirms the diagnosis showing invasion by atypical lymphocytes. T-cell receptor gene rearrangement studies show that there is often a monoclonal expansion of lymphocytes in the skin.

Defective T-lymphocytes or low level of immunoglobulin. It can also be genetic predisposition that you got from either one parent (dominate) or both parents.
