Nonoxynol: Nonionic surfactant used as detergents, emulsifiers, wetting agents, defoaming agents, spermicidal, and as a primary component of vaginal foams and creams.

Used as a surfactant and as a dispersing agent.
Oat, Oatmeal, Oat Extract
Used as mild skin exfoliant when used dry. Oat extract is a terrific skin softener, and also serves to cleanse and protect the skin tissues.
These include ingredients with the following words or syllables as prefixes or suffixes: PEG, Polyethylene, Polyethylene glycol, Polyoxyethylene, -eth or oxynol. Both Polysorbate 60 and Polysorbate 80. Ethoxylated Alcohols, Oleths, Nonoxynol.
