Acne: An inflammation of the skin disease caused by oil glands blocking pores, know as pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads on the surface of skin.

I used to have REAL oily hair til I did a course of Claravis (same as Accutane) a couple of years back. It can't pick and choose which oil glands to control.
