Patchouli Essential Oil: Uses and Healing Properties - Patchouli oil is one of the oldest and most common essential oils since it has been used for centuries to treat everything from acne to headaches.

Patchouli Oil: Extracted from the plant, Pogostemon patchouli. Used for its antiseptic properties.

Patchouli Oil
Patchouli essential oil has a very distinctive aroma that can be described as pungent, mossy, woodsy, earthy and rich. The oil is thick and orangish-amber colored.

PATCHOULI OIL - Pogostemon Cablin. Antiseptic. Stimulating when used in small quantities, sedating when used in larger doses. Best used for bath or massage. Said to have aphrodisiac qualities. Scent makes a pleasant cologne.
