Vaseline or Petroleum Jelly is a wonderfully cheap and versatile product. It can be used as a lip softener and gloss and as a general moisturiser for any chapped, dry areas of skin.

Mix 1 tsp honey, 1 Tbsp almond oil, 5-7 chopped cranberries and 1 to petroleum jelly and place them in a microwave or a water bath until the mixture just begins to boil. Stir well and gently mash the berries.
