Viscosity: The thickness or thinness (or stickiness) of a product and/or substance. If a substance has low viscosity, it tends to flow more easily (it is thinner); a high viscosity substance is less fluid (thicker).

Viscosity decreasing agent (an agent that thins a product and allows it to flow more easily)

* Hydroxyethyl Celiulose: A naturally derived polymer which helps modify viscosity and form gels with water-soluble ingredients. Helps protect the skin and impact a certain feel.

of an oil of your choice (oils vary widely in thickness, viscosity, and molecular size. I found that some of the best oils for use on the face include grapeseed, apricot kernel, sesame and sweet almond).

Hydrogenated Castor Oil Regulates viscosity, provides consistency, and moisturizes.

Hydrogenated Lecithin Derived from GM-free soy lecithin, used to emulsify products and to smooth skin texture.
