Vitamin K. As the nutrient responsible for helping blood clot, Vitamin K won't do much for your skin from the inside.

 


Vitamin K
Strengthens the capillary walls. It can be effective for people who experience rosacea and distended blood capillaries or couperose.

Vitamin K: Phytanadione. A component of green leafy vegetables first discovered in 1929. Vitamin K is produced in the intestines and is linked to the production of clotting factors in the body.

Vitamin K-Used for its redness reduction properties.

Vitamin K (Phytomenadione)
Naturally found in dark green, leafy vegetables and required for normal functioning of the body and skin. Helps support bone development and assist in blood clotting.

A fat-soluble vitamin, occurring in leafy green vegetables, tomatoes, and egg yolks, that promotes blood clotting and prevents hemorrhaging. It exists in several related forms, such as K1 and K2.

Use a “Super Vitamin K" product. This is well known for improving those dark circles under the eyes and is helpful in reducing the redness from broken capillaries that can give the skin a red, ruddy appearance.

Treatment of venous concerns has traditionally been the domain of topical Vitamin K products.
