Biology FADH2Fallopian tubes

Fallopian tubes
The fallopian tubes normally transport the egg of the female from the egg sac, or ovary, to the womb, or uterus. Normal tubes have small hair like projections on the lining cells called cilia.

Fallopian Tube
upper part of the oviduct in mammals, which is ciliated and where the egg passes from the coelom.
fascia
Sheets of connective tissue.

fallopian tube See uterine tube.
family The level of classification between order and genus.
family planning Controlling reproduction; planning the timing of birth and having as many babies as are wanted and can be supported.

The fallopian tubes (both of them!) are cut and tied so that no egg can be fertilized.
Requires incision(s) and so must be done under anesthesia.

(Tuba Uterina [Fallopii]; Fallopian Tube; Oviduct)
The uterine tubes (Figs. 1161, 1165) convey the ova from the ovaries to the cavity of the uterus.

This bacterium can grow in the reproductive tract, including the cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes in women, as well as in the urethra in both men and women. The bacteria can also grow in the mouth, throat, and anus.

For the Müllerian Duct this process is reversed as it essentially disappears in the male reproductive system and forms the fallopian tubes uterus, and vagina in the female system.

Surgery to restore patency of obstructed fallopian tubes
Donor insemination which involves the woman being artificially inseminated with donor sperm.

Fertilization normally occurs in the upper part of the Fallopian tubes. It takes about 6 days for the fertilized egg to move through the Fallopian tube and implant itself into the lining of the uterus where it will develop for 9 months.

Do you have a uterus and fallopian tubes or do you have an epididymis and a vas deferens. It then moves on to the external genitalia. Do you have a clitoris and labia or do you have a penis.

The secondary oocyte passes into the oviduct (fallopian tube or uterine tube). The oviduct is connected to the uterus.

There are several levels of sexual differentiation: chromosomal sex (XX or XY), gonadal sex (testes or ovary), internal plumbing sex (fallopian tubes, uterus or vas deferens, seminiferous tubules, epididymis), external plumbing sex (labia, ...
