P elements are Class II transposons found in Drosophila. They do little harm because expression of their transposase gene is usually repressed.

 


One family of transposons in the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster are called P elements. They seem to have first appeared in the species only in the middle of the twentieth century.

One interesting case of this involves genetic elements called P elements. Margaret Kidwell found that P elements were transferred from some species in the Drosophila willistoni group to Drosophila melanogaster.

It prevents the crosstalking of the chip elements when a drop of solution is applied on specified elements. At the same time, a high porosity of the gel allows diffusion of large proteins into the gel.

Couple that with the fact that among the people that everybody is losing are the heads of the police departments, the top elements of the military, the best trained government officials, most of your lawyers, what remained of your doctors, ...
