green daymark - A navigational aid used in the United States and Canada to mark a channel. Green triangular daymarks should be kept on the left when returning from a larger to smaller body of water. Red daymarks mark the other side of the channel.
Green daymark have a square symbol and odd numbers. The green daymark to the right is at the bend of a channel leading to Hampton harbor. It has a quick flashing green light and is 15 feet tall (Q G 15ft 3M).
