Exchange Distribution
Block trade completed on an exchange floor. An investor who wishes to sell a large block of stock in one transaction will request a broker to solicit and group orders.

EXCHANGE DISTRIBUTION " A "cross" of a large block of stock where one broker is representing both the buyer and seller. Represented on the ticker by "DIST".
