Any of various export licenses covering export commodities for which Individually validated export licenses are not required.
General Export License:
This gives its holder the right to export to specified countries without requiring any additional formal application or prior written authorisation. Compare with Validated Exports License.
Export License - A general export license covers the exportation of goods not restricted under the terms of a validated export license. No formal application or written authorization is needed to ship exports under a general export license.
