Shipping and handling charges are frequently charged back to the customer, based on the weight of the items ordered.
The process is still the same. You negotiate the purchase price, as well as any associated fees, such as shipping and handling charges. Once you and the seller come to terms, you can submit payment and await delivery of the item.
All currency issued by the Bureau of the Mint and intended as a medium of exchange. Coins sold by the Bureau of the Mint at premium prices are not included; uncirculated coin sets sold at face value plus handling charge are included.
