Lead Arranger: The senior tier of arrangers in a syndicated loan facility.
Lead Bank: A senior bank involved in the negotiations for a project financing. Subordinate to a lead arranger or manager.

The term sheet provides the basis for the lead arrangers to complete the credit approval to underwrite the debt, usually by signing the agreed term sheet.

We have been a lead arranger on some of the largest mining project financings including those for the Antamina, Alumbrera, Collahuasi, Bulyanhulu, Diavik, Las Cruces, Mina Justa and Quebrada Blanca mines.
