Once the notice of sale is recorded, the property owner who is facing the foreclosure has up until the five days prior to the published sale date to make the required payment which will make the loan current.
The notice of default and the notice of sale are typically recorded. It is something that you can found out in a County Recorder and so it is public information. Public meaning you have to go to county recorder to get it.
