Difference Between Broker, Realtor and a Real Estate Agent
If you have been looking for property in the last few days, then there are chances that you have come across the most confusing terminologies in the Real Estate directory.

Realtor
A real estate broker or an associate who holds active membership in a local real estate board that is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors.

Realtor - A real estate agent or broker who is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and its local and state associations.

REALTOR®: A licensed real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a trade organization with its own educational standards and ethics in addition to those required by the state.

Realtor
A specific designation given to members of real estate firms affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) who are trained and licensed to assist clients in buying and selling real estate.

Realtor: Anyone who is licensed to both buy and sell real estate in an area and who is an active member in the local real estate board affiliated with the National Association of Realtors.
