Gross Redemption Yield (GRY)
The normal yield value quoted for a bond is the flat yield which is the fixed coupon divided by the current bond price as a percentage.

Gross redemption yield is the total yield on a security, including both the income expected and the capital growth for the whole of the period up to the date of maturity and eventual repayment.

Redemption yield
The redemption yield shows what the total return on a bond would be if held to its maturity date. It reflects not only the interest payments a bondholder will receive, but also the gain/loss he will make when it matures.
