Sales budget - Is a budget of the expected sales in both dollars and units.
Sales discount - A cash given by the seller to the purchaser for early payment of the account due.
Sales Budget

SALES BUDGET
The budgeting process usually begins with a sales budget. The sales budget reflects forecasted sales volume and is influenced by previous sales patterns, current and expected economic conditions, activities of competitors, and so forth.
Examples of budgets used in business include the cash budget, sales budget, production budget, department budgets, the master budget, and the capital expenditures budget.
