Third Generation Acura Integra Review
Most people drive the Acura Integra like they stole it. Mostly, it's because they have. Or, more accurately, someone else did.
The first generation Acura RSX was introduced to the United States in 2002 to replace the Acura Integra in its 3rd generation. Sold in Japan as the 4th generation Integra, the RSX used versions of a new 2.0L twin cam four-cylinder engine.
A dominant player in the sport compact market, the long-lived Acura Integra was replaced with the more powerful, more polished RSX in the summer of 2001.
If you remember, we said the car was eager and may be more confidence-inspiring than the famed Acura Integra Type R. What the story lacked, however, were the oh-so-important test numbers by which a performance car lives or dies.Why was that?

The road, tires, chassis, all contribute to this cacophony. When you don't have music on to drown it out, it's really really loud. I thought my Acura Integra let the road bleed in, but this is much more.
