The Audi S3 creates great competition within its own corporation to Golf GTI and R32 as well the bavarian colleagues BMW with the mighty 130i.
In the Skoda Superb and Audi S3, the VW Group's DSG dual-clutch automatic gearbox is awful, slurping indecisively between gears, grumbling from the off in first and shunting you back much faster than you want to go in reverse.
With access to vehicles unavailable on this side of the pond, Martin chose to plunder the Audi S3 for parts, robbing its front and rear seats, front brakes and engine cover for his project.
