A few posts ago, I briefly mentioned our 330i's run-flat tires (RFT) and the ongoing online debate about them on various message boards, including our own Carspace.
The BMW 330i Sedan is jammed with interior features for you comfort and convenience. Power windows, dual power mirrors, power door locks, and keyless entry system are just some examples.
Let's get the bad news out of the way first. The 3.0-liter in-line six in our Four Seasons BMW 330i suffered a major mechanical failure.

Rival: BMW 330d SE
The 3-Series is the benchmark in the class, and is the car Audi is aiming for. Both offer similar power outputs, kit and prices.
BMW 330, Mercedes-Benz C320, Lexus IS 300, Audi A4 and Infiniti G35 are among the models most likely to be bantered about as the top choice. There are also plausible options from Saab, Oldsmobile, VW, Mitsubishi and even Subaru.

Comparing to my BMW 330, whose craftsmanship is top notch, the Sienna sports a lesser quality interior. I had to smooth out stitches on the leather steering wheel, as they were cutting into the fingers.
Otherwise, the Sienna is awesome.

Approx 20 inches longer than my BMW 330i. Comparing the 2 driving capability is remarkably the same. Honestly! I owned 2 330i's and this car is very much the same steer and drive as my I6 BMW was.
The interior isn't as large as some of its rivals in the hatchback class, and those with families may have to opt for the larger and significantly more expensive BMW 330i sedan if the 3.

0 litre luxury cars, the Alfa Romeo 166 is priced at $79,900, the Audi A4 is $80,500, a BMW 330i will set you back $91,600, the Jaguar X Type SE is $84,450, the Peugeot 607 is $79.990 and the Citroen C5 Exclusive is a keen $56,990.
At this price point, there's nowhere for the CTS to hide; the financial damage places Caddy's self-proclaimed "sports sedan" smack dab in the middle of BMW 330i territory.
One anecdote tells of Formula One driver Jenson Button, who was arrested while driving a diesel-powered BMW 330cd Coupé at 230 km/h (about 140 mph) in France, where he was too young to have a gasoline-engined car hired to him.
The Brera can't be steered from the rear end like a BMW 330Ci, nor does it have as much steering tactility. But it's a good deal more fun to hustle down a back road than an Audi TT. The rumored 400-bhp GTA version should be even more so.
And, when allied to the standard 6-speed manual gearbox, it's got enough grunt to be considered sporting. Whether a BMW 330 or 328 owner would agree is a different matter, but it's in the same league as the 323i.
Even at a theoretical level, those figures appear to be quite a sizeable penalty for a car that supposedly competes with the faster and more frugal BMW 330i Touring with Steptronic transmission, which appears to have a similar price tag.
