The first edition Chrysler Concorde was a step in the right direction. The LHS was a further step. But with this second edition Concorde, I believe Chrysler has finally re-entered the field of luxury cars.

After a 34-year hiatus, Chrysler resumed its letter series in 1999 with the 300M, basically a high-performance version of the Chrysler Concorde, itself the upscale model that shares its LH-platform with the Dodge Intrepid.

The horizontal slats in the wide air intake under the front bumper are reminiscent of a 2001 Chrysler Concorde, which itself copies the look of some Ferrari grilles. A lot has been lost in the double translation to the Tiburon.
