DB

DB was a French automobile maker between 1938 and 1961. The firm was founded by Charles Deutsch and René Bonnet. It produced light sports cars with fiberglass bodies mainly powered by Panhard flat-twin engines.

The DB American Roadster 1 (DB AR1) is derived from the DB7; the most successful Aston Martin of all time.

I agree, I have lots of cars but this one is really good for families. Reliable, fuel consumption is OK but going to be green dreamers car. Lots of space inside, comfortable and easy to drive.

DB has not had great luck with her Taurus. She gave most categories, such as handling and acceleration "neutral." The biggest problem is that she needed to put a new engine in her Taurus because of a problem with the cooling system.

VIEW the Virage as an evolution of the DB family, rather than an all-new model, and it makes sense.

However, 50 years ago such cars as the Jaguar XK, Triumph TR, Aston Martin DB, MGA, Porsche 356 and the Austin-Healey appeared without benefit of engineering CAD systems or marketing focus groups.

It's design, while very, very pretty, is derivative of all previous generations since the XK-E, with some Aston Martin and Ford design cues thrown in (Jaguar's Scottish chief designer Ian Callum designed both the Aston Martin DB-7 and DB-9 ...

This is a car which feels properly connected to its driver, and as such is the best of all the V12 DB-type cars.

There's just one model, powered by a softened version of the company's 6.0-litre V12 driving through an automatic gearbox, and based on a heavily revised version of the aluminium, magnesium and composites architecture from the DB and Vantage ranges.

Beneath the supremely elegant skins there were yet more technological firsts, like the strong chassis-and-tube 'Superleggera' construction of the early DB series.
