The previous LH cars were based upon the Eagle Premier and Dodge Monaco, and the current cars are in the same factory that was acquired from AMC.
popularized large FWD sedans in the US and are easily the most reliable cars Chrysler has made since the late 1970s. The LH Platform is an evolution from the AMC/Renault developed "B-body" platform bested known for the Dodge Monaco and Eagle Premier.
