I was in college when the first Ford Taurus SHO came out with the Yamaha-built V-6. Back in the day before the Internet became a big funnel of information and porn, I remember reading all the car-buff mags and drooling over its awesome 220-horsepower.
As is often the case, those for the new 2010 Ford Taurus SHO have not been favorable. Judging from reviews, forum postings, and (I'll predict) the comments below, the 2010 lacks whatever made the original legendary.
The base Dodge Charger goes up against large family sedans such as the Chevrolet Impala, Ford Taurus, Honda Accord and Hyundai Genesis, but the Charger R/T AWD used for this review has a sportier, more upscale attitude to take on the Ford Taurus SHO ...
