Hummer announced today details on the 2010 H3 and H3T models. And there are some very "environmental-friendly" details. Both models will get E85 capability and new colors for the 2010 model year.

The Hummer H3T last had a manufacturer update on 12/28/2009. The 2010 Hummer H3T is available in two trims: H3T and H3T Alpha. The H3 is powered by a 239 horsepower 3.
HUMMER H2 SUV
The H2 SUV seems like a smaller version of the original Hummer H1 Alpha. It rides on a modified version of the chassis of GM's Chevrolet Tahoe wagon, with similar mechanical components including a 6.0-liter V8 worth 325 hp.

A HUMMER by any measure
All H3 models pack HUMMER's trademark capability into a midsize package. Compared to the H2, the H3 is 16.9 inches (429 mm) shorter in length, six inches (152 mm) shorter in height and 6.5 inches (165 mm) narrower.
HUMMER introduced the ruggedly refined H3T concept vehicle at the 2004 Greater Los Angeles Auto Show, providing a glimpse at a growing family of expressive, versatile vehicles.
Hummer H2 and H3 both get new engines for the 2008 model year, as well as some updating in the passenger compartment.
For the H3, the big news is the Alpha model with a 300-horsepower V8 engine.

The H2 looks massive and useless everywhere but it wasn't designed for a Megalopolis like Mexico City. However it achieves a good rank of sales, similar to the H3. The H1 was only available for the Mexican Army through the 90s.

The Hummer H1 Alpha is a pretty lousy vehicle by most measures. It's heavy, unwieldy and slow. Want to carry stuff? More cargo volume can be found in a Chevrolet Equinox. Price? If you have to ask, you can't afford it.

Mercedes builds its ML and GL in the USA, the land of the Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator and the Hummer H2.
So to offer the most desirable 7-seat 4x4 in the World it had to think big.
GM has dropped the smaller diesel and the Duramax will not fit in the Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, Yukon XL, Denali or Esclade. The frame rails are too narrow. I have a Hummer H2 (same chassis as above) that we converted to a Duramax.
Probably even more iconic than the Corvette for the Wrangler, grandson to the original Willys MB, got us through WW2. And now with the demise of Hummer, ...

Arriving at the club with gold-plated teeth, a MAC-10 wielding bodyguard and his harem following a discreet distance behind in a blacked out Hummer? Yes, that does sound more like it, this isn't a car for an angel.
