If there were marks for cuteness, the Kia Rio RX-V would probably get the most points in economy car category. For 2003, the four-door hatchback got some revamped bodywork on the nose and tail, and the back treatment is particularly handsome.

Take a look at the Kia Rio, sir. It starts out at about 12 grand and will seat 4 and tips the scales at about 2500 lbs.

First, the Soul is inspired by the Kia Rio platform which some will find typical, but it still counts as one of the vehicles which is fun to stroll around with.

Which means that the Kia Rio can't be all bad. In fact, might well be quite good. Don't get me wrong. I'm not anti-Brit. It's just that they can be anti-everything not Brit.

Look, how could anyone not like it, you all get exited when a new Kia Rio comes out but not this, an amazing looking, amazing feeling car. And thank you Asheilgh Wilson (TheCarKnowitAll) for being clever.

It's tough to find noteworthy reading material on the Chrysler K-Cars or Kia Rio, but not so on the Ford Mustang.

Anyone looking for dependable transport on a tight budget should pay particular attention to the Kia Rio.
