I can honestly say that there is nothing wrong with the Lexus SC430. The Mark Levinson sound system rocks and has amazing clarity even with the top down. Conversely, with the top up the car is incredibly quiet.
Other than the Jaguar XK8, or perhaps the Lexus SC430
convertible hardtop, the just-redesigned Mercedes-Benz CLK500 Coupe is the only luxury eight-banger in its class.
Not a two-plus-two dwarfs-or-small-children, like the 206CC and the Lexus SC430. Four average sized adults can happily travel in it.
In Japan, Toyota will participate using the Lexus brand this year and will aim to recapture the Super GT GT5000 title using the Lexus SC430.
There are, of course, other roadsters available, the BMW Z4, Honda S2000, Mercedes SLK, and Audi TT, plus less-direct competitors such as the Mazda Miata, Nissan 350 Z, Chevrolet Corvette, and Lexus SC430.
You got to be joking. O.K.. The SL isn't just an open top roadster. It's a cabrio with a vario roof that turns from open top to coupe in just 16 seconds. You know like a Mercedes CLK, a Lexus SC430 . or a Peugeot 206CC.
