Following my recent MaxTrack day at Cadwell Park (The most fun I have had with my leg on!), my 4.5 Chimaera needed a little TLC in the tyres and brakes department.

It wasn't bats but mako sharks and manta rays that inspired the lines. It even had a bubble-like canopy.
The manta-ray-styled centre console, a simple yet flowing structure that envelops the instruments to create a clear and vivid focal point. The air conditioning vents are constructed from a cylindrical form clearly relating to their function.
The only major mantainance that has been done is the timing belt, transmission flush , wheel bearings and control arms .

As you know, I go by how much musical gear I can fit in a car. I appreciate the Lancer's wide-opening trunk, and for some reason I'm always impressed by how its enormous manta ray-like rear wing doesn't impede the opening...
The leading edges of the car are the inner points of the lower grilles that separate the central grille section from the lights and side grilles, much like the leading points of a manta ray.
Having a car brand new and mantaining it properly is the key; add a good fuel additive from time to time, lubes fuel pump and valves, use good fuel, check and change oils, and add a Wynns or STP oil additive, to gear oil also.
This new concept takes its inspiration from a number of big names in the auto industry such as Aston Martin, Peugeot, and TVR models, as well as some natural design elements found in manta rays and sharks.
