The Nissan Note is a hugely practical and spacious small car, with a good driving position and comfortable ride. It does get a little bumpy on uneven roads but overall it's well refined and offers some perky engines.
The Nissan Note is an extremely practical small MPV that's also classy inside, cheap to run and good to drive.

I last tested a British built Nissan Note almost three years ago and reckoned then that it was a reasonable rival to the Honda Jazz.

Don't be put off by its whimsical name - the Nissan Note is a straightforward and hugely effective family car aimed squarely at parents who want something big enough to swallow their children and all the lifestyle paraphernalia that goes with them.
It's a pricier alternative to other cars in its class, but view the Jazz as a mini-MPV against the likes of the Nissan Note and Ford Fusion, and it feels competitive.
