I have a 06 registered is220d which is averaging 41 mpg,so
this model is obviously more frugal--pity though that an auto.
gearbox has not been fitted--if VW. can fit an excellent auto.

The 600cc supersport class is a crucial area for motorbike manufacturers, simply because there's so much money involved. People buy these bikes because they are relatively cheap, most under $15,000.
The front end vaguely reminds me of the ill-fated "Walrus-nose" Williams F1 car from a few years ago. Certainly not as attractive as the R8 or R10, but I'd still like to see an Audi victory this year.

But on the open road, the six-speed manual is a sweet gearbox, with an overdrive gear so tall the engine barely murmurs at cruising speeds on the sweeping, largely unpatrolled highways leading to Williams, the gateway to the Grand Canyon.
