The interview process gives you the chance to sell your skills in person. Your application form or CV has told your prospective employer about your specific skills and attributes and now they want to test these.

The Interview Process Takes Too Long. How many interviews does it take to hire a candidate? In some cases, it can take four, five, or more interview and months. All the while the candidate is left on hold waiting to hear about a job offer.

The second interview process is longer, lasting anywhere from an hour to a whole day. It could include testing, lunch or dinner, a facility tour, as well as a series of interviews with various employees.

Be aware of the steps in the interview process before a candidate is selected for the job (e.g. another interview in same/other location, meetings with other individuals in organization, etc.).

Employers prefer to fill jobs without the expensive and time consuming advertisement and interview process, where possible.

Now you've completed the first few steps of your interview process, you can expect a few more interviews with all layers of management - the same thing basically each time with different levels of management.

Stress Interview: As suggested by the name, the objective of this interview is to artificially induce stress into the interview process and see how the interviewee copes with it.
