In scholarship, a reference may be a citation of a text that has been used in the creation of a piece of work such as an essay, report, or oration.

 


AWARDS, SCHOLARSHIPS
State name of award, name of institution award received from, and date.
Include important awards from both university and high school in reverse chronological order.

Scholarships are forms of financial aid that do not have to be repaid and are typically awarded to students with special qualifications, such as academic or artistic talent. You can also be awarded scholarships based on your particular field of study.

Honors
Provide information about any honors you received such as scholarships, Dean's List, President's List, and memberships in honor societies. Include dates. If you have less than three honor entries list them under the education section.
