"Calm under pressure" is a skill you can learn, and it gives you power. I used to flinch when people were critical until I worked with Rick, an Air Force veteran who had seen more action than he cared to admit.

For example, under pressure, an individualist will disappear from the crowd as they are very temperamental; while on the other hand, a loyalist will start analysing the situation because they pursue knowledge all the time.

Answer yes and give a specific example. This is the best answer. A brief, specific example supports your answer well and says you are confident, well prepared, and genuine.

The interviewer(s) is trying to keep the candidate off balance while evaluating poise and quick thinking under pressure. This style would not be suitable if the employee will not face undue stress on the job.

stress interviews - usually are a deliberate attempt to see how you handle yourself under pressure. The interviewer may be sarcastic or argumentative, or may keep you waiting. Expect these things to happen, and when it does, don't take it personally.
