Description
The Chausie is a hybrid breed using the Jungle Cat as its wild ancestor. It is a large, muscular, graceful cat with a three-quarters-length tail and a wild look, though not a wild temperament.
Chausies are known for their wonderful speed and nearly six foot vertical leap. They are large cats, standing anywhere from 14 to 18 inches at the shoulders.

The Chausie, pronounced "chow-see" is a fully domestic breed that strongly resembles the Jungle Cat, Felis chaus.
