Jaundice - A condition that causes yellowing of the skin, eyes, oral mucosa and darkening of the urine. The yellowing is produced by abnormally high levels of bile pigment bilirubin.

Sometimes, an owner will note that the cat is jaundiced, having yellow skin or a change in the color of the eyes. On examination, the veterinarian may note that the liver is enlarged.

Some other clinical signs of liver disease are jaundice, bilirubinuria, acholic feces and behavioral and neurological changes.

Cat stops eating --- more advanced symptoms will be jaundice and vomiting --- the skin (may see it inside the ear flap - pinnae) and eyes turn yellow. In very advanced stages the cat might be bright yellow-orange all over the body ...

Flukes: can cause digestive upsets, jaundice, diarrhea, or anemia. They are found in the small intestine, pancreas and bile ducts.
If you suspect worms in your cat, take it (and a fresh fecal sample) to the vet.
