The Mojave Spotted is a breed of cat developed for the purpose of preserving the wild cats of the Mojave Desert. The Mojave Spotted, originally named the Mojave Desert Cat was first discovered back in 1980 by April Langford.
The Mojave Spotted, is a new breed from the United States, developed in California. It results from crosses between domestic cats, carrying the Polydactyl gene, wild Mojave Desert cat variants and SBT Bengal cats.
