RagaMuffin belongs to the longhaired breed group. Their non-matting coat is dense and silky and comes in a wide variety of colors. These cats are very sweet, affectionate, sociable, playful and ideal companions for children. It is showing in CFA.

The story of the RagaMuffin began with an accident. During the 1960s, Ann Baker, a Persian breeder, developed a friendship with a neighbour who fed and cared for a colony of feral cats.
The Traditional RagaMuffin is a derivative of the Traditional Ragdoll, retaining a few patterns and colors. It is known the original cats were not color points with blue eyes. They came from a variety of patterns and colors.
