Spotted Tabby
Vertical bars of colour are broken up into spots on the body. Stripes on leg, tail and face. Spots should be as round as possible, rather than elongated. It is often possible to see the vertical alignment of spots.
SPOTTED TABBY
Head to be marked as Classic Tabby. Necklaces broken or unbroken. Tails to be ringed, ending in a solid tip. Body and leg markings to be as spotted as possible. Good clear spotting is essential.
Brown Spotted Tabby
A Bengal cat displaying spotting and rosetting pattern typical of the breed. Rosetted spots occur only on the back and sides, with stripes elsewhere.

Heavily shaded cats may show some tabby pattern, which may be ticked, classic, mackerel or spotted tabby, and this may be more noticeable in the standard colours than in the silver varieties.
