The Blood Type diets
The early Type O, and to a lesser extent Type B, would have had a diet high in protein and fat, and low in carbohydrate. There is, however, no specific carb guideline in the modern diet.

Eat Right 4 Your Type and the various blood type diets included encourage a predominantly meat and fish diet, while grains, potatoes, cereals, breads, pasta are not encouraged. Interestingly, certain vegetables and fruits are also banned.
