Lung Health
I have a relative who has had a chronic lung infection, and has had 2/3 of one lung removed. She has been asked to go on a high protein diet, but wants some more information on how much and what foods might be the best.

Animal products consistently lead to ill conclusions in studies that pertainin to heart disease, lung health, hormonal disorders, acne, fibromyalgia, MS, diabetes, and probably more! Are we intended to consume them?

A total fitness program consists of three parts - aerobic exercise for heart and lung health, resistance training (weight lifting or calisthenics) for strength and stretching for flexibility. Ideally, devote at least 30 minutes three times per week.
