When the body has lost a lot of water, the concentration of solutes in the blood becomes too high. The solutes attract water from the salivary glands, making the mouth dry and causing a person to feel thirsty.

Water is Important for Losing Weight and Feeling Healthy
Water suppresses the appetite naturally and helps the body metabolize stored fat. Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase.

I suspect that most of us don't drink enough water. We should be drinking regularly - it's said that by the time you feel thirsty, it's too late, you're already dehydrated.

Water Is Essential
Water is one of the most important elements of the human body. It makes up approximately 70 percent of our muscles, and about 75 percent of our brains.

Water keeps us cool, lubricates our joints and flushes toxins from our bodies, but admit it, how many of us really drink the recommended two litres a day?

Water is water. Obviously you can get it by consuming fruit juice, soft drinks, beer, coffee or tea.

Water-soluble vitamins are easily destroyed or washed away during food storage and preparation, but following correct procedures in these two areas can minimise this loss.

Simply drinking more water - but changing neither diet or exercise - will not cause weight loss.

Water aerobics will do the trick... it is low impact... just about no impact, strengthening and aerobic... the best exercise to do!
