Rosacea, popularly known as acne rosacea, is a more severe and troublesome disorder, a true dermatitis with no relation to the foregoing, and in most cases secondary to seborrhea of the scalp.

Let me give several examples, acne rosacea, which is an adult form of acne and may have a lot of broken blood vessels, or for people who have lupus that involves the skin -- they might have broken blood vessels and sometimes that might be covered.
