Butterflies in the stomach

Breathing fast, feeling short of breath or finding it hard to 'get breath'.
Chest tightness.
Dry mouth, butterflies in the stomach, feeling sick.

It is a very difficult symptom to diagnose unless there are accompanying symptoms. A common accompanying symptom of dizziness is butterflies in the stomach.
