Cornelia De Lange Syndrome

Cornelia de Lange Syndrome aka CdLS is a little known genetic disorder that can lead to severe developmental anomalies. It affects both the physical and intellectual development of a child.

Cornelia de Lange Syndrome
This congenital condition is named after the Dutch pediatrician, Cornelia Catharina de Lange, who published several papers on it in the 1930s. Today it is a well-recognized congenital condition.
