Tics and twitches - many people experience brief bouts of eyelid twitches when they are tired. The muscle contractions are so small that often the twitch can only be felt but not seen.

They may experience involuntary movements such as rhythmic shaking (tremors), jerking movements (chorea), eyelid twitching (blepharospasm), and grimacing. They may also have difficulties with coordination (ataxia).
