Medications such as Botox or Phenol are often injected to help reduce areas of muscle spasticity. However if you are someone that suffers from seizures you may require a specific anticonvulsant medicine.

The motor disorder may range from difficulties with fine motor control to severe spasticity (see MUSCLE SPASTICITY) in all limbs.

Neurological problems. The most common neurological signs and symptoms in people with Wilson's disease are tremors and muscle spasticity. Speech problems may also occur.

People with Krabbe disease typically have increased muscle tone that causes muscle spasticity and stiffness, impaired motor control, vision problems, seizures, and hearing loss. In many cases, Krabbe disease leads to early death.
