What is premature ejaculation?
Premature ejaculation happens when a man has an orgasm sooner than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation can happen before or shortly after penetration.

Premature ejaculation is the occurrence of the male orgasm before the woman is ready. There is no time limit. For some couples, the male orgasm will be considered premature if it happens in less than 30 minutes after the initiation of lovemaking.

In most cases premature ejaculation does matter, because it makes people unhappy and frustrated. And in severe cases PE can threaten or even ruin a marriage - simply because it spoils the sex lives of both partners.
