Blue Paul Terrier is an extinct breed of dog.
Appearance
The Blue Paul Terrier resembled our contemporary pit dogs. They had a smooth coat and were powerfully built. They weighed about 20kg and measured up to 50cm at the withers.

The breed originally came from the Galloway coast where they were most known for their great fighting tactics, usually to the death, that led to the extinction of the Blue Paul Terrier.
Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Blue Paul Terrier were thus brought to America by the English immigrants in mid-9th century for dog fighting.
