The Bull Terrier or English Bull Terrier was developed in the mid-19th century by crossing the Bulldog and the now extinct English Terrier. The intent of the breeding was to develop a more agile fighting dog.

A few of these breeds are the Argentine Dogo, the English Bull Terrier, the American Bulldog, and the Boxer.

I have an English Bull Terrier who is three and a half months. His clumsiness is starting to worry me.

They look similar to English Bull Terriers but have longer legs. They have long noses. They can be white, black, brown, or of mixed colors.

Not much is known about the origin of the Irish Bull Terrier, except that they are most dominant in Ireland. The breed most resembles the English Bull Terrier, but has longer legs and nose.

The breeds used for this further crossing were the English Bull Terrier, Boxer and the Pit Bull Terrier along with other terriers.
